Medicine Policy and Information for Parents

Our Medicine Policy has been reviewed recently and reflects Falkirk Council Guidelines.

These changes will make the administration of medicines in our school safer for all.

Staff are always happy to help with any concerns about medicines and will help with completion of the forms we now require to keep.

To allow us in school to give your child prescribed medication (non-prescribed medication can no longer be given in school) parents/carers must complete a "Parent/Carer Request for Educational Establishment to Administer Medication" form. Please click on the link below to download this form.

All medication must be handed in directly by an adult to the school office. Please do not send in medication with your child.
